Graduate students in Rutgers' Entomology program are required to submit an annual progress report to the Graduate Student Status Committee with a copy also going to their advisor.

Fill it out online or after downloading it (it's a fillable PDF), have your advisor sign it (digital signature available), and submit the filled and signed form and a copy of your updated CV to the committee chair, Dr. Fonseca – dina.fonseca@rutgers.edu.

The deadline for submitting your progress report is May 1st.
